Most nutrition plans need a minimum of 4 weeks before you see any results, however, before then, you may gain more energy and clarity and feel calmer once you start to give your body the nutrients you need.

You will need a minimum of four weeks to see some results; however, you may notice less redness and less acne production before then. Every individual is different in their healing journey. For this purpose, the acne programme is a 3-Month programme to guarantee that you get results and stick to the plan.

Yes, I offer virtual consultations as well as face-to-face; it is the client's choice.

Initially, you may meet with me more frequently to establish goals, make dietary changes, and monitor progress. Over time, appointments may become less frequent as you become more comfortable with your nutrition plan and develop sustainable habits.
