Nutrition
Your usual eating pattern, meal balance and any suspected personal triggers are explored in context rather than through a universal avoidance list.
Online eczema nutritional therapy · Available internationally
Work one-to-one with Beth to explore nutrition, gut health, immune and inflammatory patterns, stress and lifestyle alongside your medical care and skincare—without unnecessary restriction or guesswork.
Eczema is personal. Your support should be too.
Eczema can involve dry, itchy, cracked or inflamed skin, with periods when symptoms improve and periods when they flare. Nutritional therapy does not replace diagnosis or treatment, but it can help you explore wider patterns and build realistic support around your individual health.
This service may suit you if you are experiencing:
A wider view of skin health
There is no single eczema diet. Your assessment considers the patterns relevant to you and helps identify practical priorities without unnecessary food restriction.
Your usual eating pattern, meal balance and any suspected personal triggers are explored in context rather than through a universal avoidance list.
Digestive symptoms and the possible relationship between your gut, immune function, inflammation and skin are considered as part of the wider picture.
Your history, symptoms and existing diagnoses help shape an approach that supports general health while staying within nutritional therapy’s professional scope.
Your existing skincare, prescribed treatment, bathing habits and exposure to irritants are considered without replacing advice from your clinician.
Sleep, stress, temperature, movement and the realities of your routine are included so recommendations remain achievable.
Your assessment may identify areas worth investigating. Testing and supplement guidance are personalised and used only when appropriate.

Why work with Beth?
Beth is a qualified nutritional therapist and registered BANT practitioner specialising in gut health, skin health and hormonal balance, including support for clients living with eczema.
Her approach combines science-informed nutritional therapy with realistic, personalised recommendations. Eczema is a medical condition, so Beth works alongside—not instead of—support from your GP, pharmacist or dermatologist and encourages referral whenever symptoms require assessment or treatment.

No. Eczema is a long-term medical skin condition, and no responsible practitioner should promise a cure. Nutritional therapy can help you explore diet, lifestyle and wider health patterns while complementing appropriate medical care.
Yes. New, unexplained or changing skin symptoms should be assessed because different conditions can look similar. Beth does not diagnose eczema.
No universal eczema diet works for everyone. Foods should not be removed without a clear reason, particularly for babies or children. Any suspected trigger pattern should be assessed carefully with appropriate medical or dietetic input where needed.
No. Do not stop or change prescribed treatment without speaking to the clinician responsible for your care. Your current treatment and skincare can be considered as part of the wider picture.
The programme includes one functional test. The most appropriate option—such as a gut or nutrient-related test—is determined after your initial assessment and used only when relevant.
Suitability is considered individually. A parent or guardian must be involved, and nutritional therapy will not replace care from the child’s GP, paediatrician, dermatologist or dietitian.
Seek urgent medical advice if eczema becomes blistered, crusty, leaks fluid, develops pus-filled spots, becomes painful, swollen or warm, suddenly worsens or spreads, or is accompanied by fever or feeling unwell. These can be signs of infection.
Everyone responds differently, so results and timescales cannot be guaranteed. The three-month format provides time to implement recommendations, monitor patterns and refine the plan.
Yes. Consultations are delivered online and are available internationally, subject to suitability and any applicable professional restrictions.
